Health Minister Fahrettin Koca met with the governors, provincial health directors, and public health heads of Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Kocaeli. Announcing the meeting on Twitter, Koca used the following statements:

We interviewed online with our Istanbul, ANKARA, İZMİR, KOCAELİ Governors, Provincial Health Directors and Public Health Presidents.
There was a 30% decrease in daily cases in ISTANBUL, IZMIR and KOCAELİ, and 40% in ANKARA. However, patient burden continues in hospitals and intensive care units. Intensive care occupancy rate is 67% in ISTANBUL, 78% in IZMIR, 72% in KOCAELİ and ANKARA. “
